How do my Check OK, Track and Help messages show up in SPOTadventures?

When you create an adventure, SPOT adventures imports Check-in/OK and Help messages as waypoints. Tracking messages are imported as a track or number of tracks with a start and an end point connected with a line path. Tracks may appear separated if you went in and out of Check-in/OK mode or started and stopped tracking.
