If you are subscribed to SPOT Assist Roadside Service and press HELP for roadside assistance, you must be present with your vehicle when the towing provider arrives. Service is dispatched to the GPS latitude and longitude location identified in your SPOT GPS data transmission. SPOT Assist Roadside Service is designed for disabled vehicles. This means that our provider, NSD, dispatches to the original GPS location received and the tow truck driver will look for your vehicle within 300 meters of this initial location. NSD does not monitor GPS location updates and can not service unattended vehicles. Thus, the tow truck driver would close this type of event as "Subscriber Gone-On-Arrival". For more information, please see the terms and conditions.

SPOT Assist Roadside Service is currently available only in the United States and Canada.
