Yes; if you received it or you sent it, it counts. Obviously, not if you are on the unlimited plan.

4 hours using the wall charger we provide. It takes longer to charge on the computer.

5 minutes. It will blink unless it’s in sleep mode/idle mode or turned off.

Yes! Lift the protective S.O.S. cover, long press the S.O.S. button for 3 seconds and follow the onscreen instructions. You can also cancel S.O.S. by selecting the Cancel S.O.S. on the S.O.S. screen and following the onscreen instructions.

No, the device does not need to turn off to save battery. The SPOTX uses technology which allows it to use very little power when not actively sending messages or navigating.

Yes; eventually. Brazil will have their own numbers; Europe will have a European number (from France); South Korea and Japan will have their own number. USA and Canada currently have their own numbers.
